Infrastructure Technician

Infrastructure Technicians provide support within their business and/or with external customers. They will often troubleshoot devices and solve the issue in order to ensure the technology that someone is using does not hinder their productivity.

This course will see you set people up on Information Technology (IT) systems, provide support and solve problems to help organisations run smoothly.

Eligibility

Is this course for me?

Organisations will set their own entry criteria, but this is likely to include five GCSE's, (especially English, Mathematics and a Science or Technology subject); a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship; other relevant qualifications and experience; or an aptitude test with a focus on IT skills


This course is fully funded and is available to anyone who falls within the eligibility requirements below: 


• Age 16+ 

• EU / UK Resident for 3+ years.

• You will be required to have achieved Level 1 English and Maths

and achieved Level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion.

• You must be in employment.
