About the Course

This course will see you provide direct customer support within all sectors and organisation types. You will be an advocate of customer service who acts as a referral point for dealing with more complex, technical customer requests, complaints and queries.

This course is fully funded and is available to anyone who falls within the eligibility requirements below: 

• Age 16+ 
• EU / UK Resident for 3+ years.
• You will be required to have achieved Level 1 English and Maths
and achieved Level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion.
• You must be in employment.
