PRINCE2 Agile® merges two project management methodologies, PRINCE2 and Agile, integrating a structured framework with project adaptability. Tailored for individuals and organisations recognizing the advantages of Agile when coupled with PRINCE2, these methodologies enhance project effectiveness.
At the Practitioner level, our PRINCE2 Agile classroom course equips you with the skills to effectively apply techniques from both methodologies in any project scenario.
We also provide PRINCE2 Agile Foundation training, or you have the option to enroll in the combined PRINCE2 Agile Foundation & Practitioner training, offered in a comprehensive 5-day session.

In order to be able to enrol onto the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course you need to have completed one of the following qualifications:

- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- IPMA Levels A, B, C and D (Certified Projects Director)
