The CIMA Professional - Strategic Level marks the culmination of the CIMA Professional Qualification journey. Throughout this stage, you'll develop skills in formulating long-term strategic decisions, assisting organisational leaders in strategy development, and effectively assessing and mitigating risks that could hinder successful strategy implementation.

Course Description

The CIMA Professional Qualification Strategic Level represents the final stage required for attaining full CIMA qualified status. It encompasses three core subjects:

E3 – Strategic Management
P3 – Risk Management
F3 – Financial Strategy

This course equips you with the skills necessary to proficiently make strategic decisions over the long term, provide support to organisational leaders in shaping future strategies, and effectively identify and manage potential risk levels. These abilities are crucial for businesses seeking to implement strategies smoothly, minimising complications.

CIMA Professional Qualification Strategic Level Exams

Objective Test

The Strategic Level features a 90-minute computer-based Objective Test.
Objective Tests encompass various question formats including numerical entry, multiple-choice, and drag-and-drop questions, covering all syllabus components.
Your exam will be computer-graded, and you'll receive a provisional pass or fail grade immediately. Official results will be issued within 48 hours.
Exams can be taken at any Pearson Vue Test Centre worldwide, with over 5,000 centres available.

Case Study

The Strategic Level culminates in a case study examination, integrating skills, techniques, and knowledge acquired across all three subjects.
Case Study exams are held four times annually: February, May, August, and November.
Participants assume the role of a Senior Finance Manager in the simulated context provided, demonstrating acquired competencies.
These exams are evaluated by a Tutor, and results are accessible on your MY CIMA account five weeks post the Case Study window's closure.
