When is Men's Mental Health Month? 

Men's mental health is an issue that requires year-round attention and awareness. However, there is a dedicated month to raise awareness of men's mental health, which is November. Movember, also known as No-Shave November, is an annual event that takes place during November to raise awareness of men's health issues, including mental health. 

During this month, men are encouraged to grow out their facial hair to start conversations about men's mental health and other health issues. The goal is to break down the stigma surrounding men's health and encourage men to seek support when they need it. 

How to Support Men’s Mental Health: 

Supporting men's mental health is essential in creating a world where everyone can thrive. There are various ways to support men's mental health, including:

  4. Be Supportive: Be supportive of men who are struggling with mental health issues. Let them know that they are not alone, and you are there to support them. 
  5. Spread Awareness: Help raise awareness of men's mental health.
