The PRINCE2 (7th edition) Foundation course covers the PRINCE2 methodology, which is built around seven Principles, Themes, and Processes. The Principles explain the 'why', the Themes detail the 'what', and the Processes describe the 'how' of project management. This framework helps ensure project management success.

PRINCE2 offers two levels – Foundation and Practitioner. You can take them individually or together as a combined PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner course.
