This Level 3 Early Years Workforce course is designed to help you build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to work effectively with young children in an early years setting. You will explore how children learn and develop, while understanding your role in supporting their health, wellbeing, safety and education.

You will learn how to create engaging learning experiences that encourage communication, language, numeracy and confidence through purposeful play and activities. The course also covers safeguarding, child development, professional responsibilities and how to respond to the individual needs of children.

Studying online gives you the flexibility to learn around your existing commitments, with tutor support available throughout. On completion, you will achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification that can support your progression within early years education and childcare.
