Course Description
This is a foundational Maths qualification which is an equivalent level to learning your Maths GCSE in years 10 and 11. The course uses real-life examples to help you learn the basic principles of mathematics. If you find maths is easier to learn when using practical examples, this course is for you. By gaining a level 1 maths qualification you will be eligible to continue on to a level 2 Maths qualification. This will improve your career options and allow you to apply for jobs in careers such as nursing, teaching, policing, the fire service and many more!
