How do I access the course after payment?

After you enrol, you’ll receive two emails: one from NCFE (no-reply) with your login details, and another from your assessor or our team. You’ll need to send us valid photo ID and your current address so we can register you and arrange your certificate. Courses must be completed on a laptop or desktop computer—tablets and mobile devices aren't supported.

Can I check my level before enrolling, and what support is available?

Yes, we offer a BKSB assessment to help you find the right course level, so feel free to get in touch. Once enrolled, the course is learner-led, but your tutor is available for support and feedback. Please allow up to three working days for a response.

Are exams included, and when will I receive results and a certificate?

Exams must be purchased separately. Once completed, you’ll usually receive your results within 7–10 working days. Certificates are issued by NCFE and typically arrive within 12 weeks. Our Functional Skills Level 2 qualifications are equivalent to a GCSE grade 4 (C).
