About the Course

This qualification has been developed for junior managers, supervisors and first line managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity and who wish to build on and develop their existing management skills and knowledge. This qualification gives junior managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency.

This course is fully funded and is available to anyone who falls within the eligibility requirements below: 

• You have not yet received a Level 3 qualification or higher (equivalent to an A-level or higher).
• Age 19+ .
• EU / UK Resident for 3+ years.
• You should ideally have a achieved a relevant Level 2 qualification, however, previous experience will be considered.
A willingness to continue to develop personal ICT skills to a level in-line with the LST role
