Why do we have a new website? 

In short, to make it easier for you 🏆 Find out how we did this below! 

We received plenty of feedback showing that customers found our site confusing. Once people had landed on the site, they could very easily become confused as to where they should start their journey.  

This leads onto the main goal which is, customer experience! This is our number one priority. 

New features 


  • Search bar 

If you know exactly what you want, why should you have to spend ages looking for it? We are firm believers that you shouldn’t. This is why we have incorporated the new search bar!  

The search process uses a very impressive targeting feature. This enables it to find the best results for your query. If it has any issues and does not display the course you are looking for, please get in contact with us. It helps us make sure nobody else faces the same problem.  

This can be found on the menu or home page  

 

  • Wishlist 

Have you ever liked something, but not enough to want to checkout on the spot? Maybe you have a few different options you are struggling between? If only there was a way to create a list of all your options. Well, there now is! Introducing the Wishlist, a section for all users who want to browse and save options for later. 

If you checkout with a course and you have options leftover, all your remaining qualifications will be sent to your portal. You can access these whenever you want by clicking on the portal, they may be useful options for your next courses.  

This can be found in the menu or portal 

 

  • Basket 

When you are ready, add your chosen course to your basket. If you have multiple options, you will need to select a final course. At this point you will be able to begin the enrolment process.

  • Recommended Courses  

With your permission we can now evaluate the best courses for you. Nothing is more frustrating than endlessly scrolling through options and being unable to find the right results. This is where our recommended courses section comes into play. We use your viewed courses to determine the best options for you.  

Portal  

The portal has gone through major renovations. Customers were struggling to find information on their course, retrieving lost certificates, finishing their course and starting the next and there was no information on what course they should do next?  

 

  • Access your course  

We now have an access your course feature. It can often become disorientating trying to find the course you had previously signed up to. Luckily, it is now displayed on the front of your portal, and you can expand it to see all your options.  

 

  • Receive certificate  

If you have completed your course and you would like to receive an authentication certificate, we have this feature included. It can be actioned through a button on the portal. Please consider that it can take up to 6 months to receive your certificate.  

 

  • Mark courses as complete  

Many people suffered with a common issue. They were unable to take another course as the website told them they were already enrolled into a course which they had already completed. You can now mark your current course and enrol onto the next.  

 

  • Wishlist  

Get recommendations for your next course. When you were previously browsing before signing up to a course, you may have saved a few options to your basket and portal. Do not worry, we have saved these for you, and they are now displayed within your portal.

The AIM Groups marketing department have run many campaigns throughout the years. They have been raising awareness for climate change and mental health issues. News is a new section added to the website. The hope is to supply interesting and useful information to users. We are in a fast-moving industry and new qualification pop up all the time. You can stay up to date with our latest news and articles, by signing up to our newsletter.

The AIM Group offer qualifications in many sectors and industries. So, we will be sure to have a course for you.  

The aim is to provide people with information on new opportunities and guide them towards their chosen career path. If you are unsure which industry you would like to work in, hopefully the information we offer will help you with the decision-making process.
